PLEBEIAN GRANDSTAND was formed in the summer 2005. Its essential purpose is playing intense music which is to be releasing and liberating.
The Vulture’s Riot EP (6 tracks - 32’) was made with Silvin Suquet (I Pilot Daemon, Disphoria, Einna…) and Luc Ferré at Castelbini/Laspolovegas/O’O Studio and see the light at the end of April 2008 on BASEMENT APES INDUSTRIES and LACRYMAL RECORDS. Artwork released by Noug4t (Llorah).

BORIS, créé au début des '90s au Japon, est aujourd'hui culte dans l'underground rock mondial.
Trio protéiforme à la discographie regorgeante de perles soniques, Atsuo (chanteur/batteur), Wata (chanteuse/guitariste) et Takeshi (chanteur/bassiste) mêlent drone écrasante et fougue heavy rock graisseuse, minimalisme cotonneux et souffle harsh noise sauvage, et caetera, et caetera. Dynamitant les carcans stylistiques par ses compositions audacieuses, Boris fait également dans l'association de malfaiteurs quand il collabore avec le duo drone doom américain Sunn O))), Merzbow et sa noise expérimentale, ou encore Michio Kurihara, guitariste d'inspiration psychédélique, qui accompagnera d'ailleurs le groupe sur cette tournée. Alors autant être clair : leur passage à Toulouse est un évènement. Immanquable je vous dis!

Immanquable aussi, les Américains Joe Denardo et Kevin Doria aka GROWING, binôme guitare/basse artisan d'un rock instrumental aux composantes drone, noise et ambiantes. Sur scène, Growing associe au son l'image. La foultitude de pédales d'effets côtoie les projections vidéo. Ils se produisent dans les galeries d'art comme dans les concerts typés hardcore. En un mot : une performance.

Et pour débuter cette soirée, une autre performance : une création montée spécialement pour l'occase, réunissant dans un même set des membres de SUNSHINE PARKER (Toulouse) et MONARCH (Bayonne) sous le patronyme évocateur de SVGAR BLOOD KVLT. Je les remercie pour la sucrerie, et espère que vous viendrez partager cet évènement avec nous. Start à 20h!
